Terrible customer service, we were treated with total disrespect. I’ve never encountered a dealership that wanted a sale less than South Point. We drove a car and liked it, when we went to make an offer, not full price but definitely not a low ball the sales person said “I know what my manager will say, but I’ll try!” Wow….what a way to start off. The answer was flat off no. Ok fine, we decided to walk away. Several days later the vehicle was still available, they’d lowered the price twice, now to below what our offer was that they couldn’t possibly accept. We contacted them again with the full new asking price. They still wouldn’t accept the offer. This place couldn’t pay me to buy a car from them. More
