We called and talked to James Holladay, we explained what happened and he said he will call us back. He told us he had no idea why our finance guy did what he did, but he would send us $300. to buy gap insurance,we received it 11/27/15 and purchased gap today. He made us happy More

Worst car byuing experience that I have had. The finance person conducted himself in an unprofessional and an illegal manner. He forced me to buy items that he stated were required by the lender The finance person conducted himself in an unprofessional and an illegal manner. He forced me to buy items that he stated were required by the lender before the lender would finance me, such as GAP and an extended car warranty. In addition, he did not honor my true car quote. Also, he stated that my credit score was a 640 when I checked my credit score after leaving the dealership it showed a 696. He also tried to have me sign with a lender that was offering an interest rate of 7.5% and then he stated their was a lender that would finance me at 5.5%. My car was not detailed before it was delivered to me. I am now stuck with a high monthly car payment, because of the finance person's illegal behavior. I have canceled the unnecessary items, such as the GAP and extended warranty, but my paperwork was not redone. More
