Terrible Genesis @ Hyundai experience. It took 3 1/2 months just to get booked into the shop with NO loaner and NO Service Valet (pickup/dropoff) available. Then the well-documented, recur It took 3 1/2 months just to get booked into the shop with NO loaner and NO Service Valet (pickup/dropoff) available. Then the well-documented, recurring defect with my G70 brakes (ie. fixed 6 times at other dealers under warranty in 3 years with only 7000 miles driven a year) was now attributed to me “braking unusually”. I was forced to pay $1600 to repair this “luxury lemon”. The management and/or owner at “Genesis of Austin” is certainly not customer centric, and clearly does not care about which car brand I buy next. Disappointing. More

Art was exceptional. He spent a good amount of time with me, and let me drive several vehicles. He is so knowledgeable; he really knows his cars! Art pointed out the special features of each car I drove. After test driving, he kept in touch without being pushy. He went the extra mile. After my Elantra purchase, he helped me set up my car insurance. He drove the car with me one more time to show me, and remind me, of special safety features. He took a picture of me standing next to my new Elantra. He helped me return my rental car. He even put a new battery in each of my keys! It was one of my best car buying experiences! I will recommend South Point Hyundai to all of my friends! More
