My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of doing business with Enrique Rios at South Point Hyundai and would recommend this dealership and Enrique in particular to anyone in the market for a Hyundai business with Enrique Rios at South Point Hyundai and would recommend this dealership and Enrique in particular to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. After doing lots of research and finally test driving the car, we indicated to Enrique that we were very interested in the Hyundai Tuscon, but in no hurry to purchase it. We just needed to upgrade from our MINI Cooper sometime before our new baby arrives in December. (It is currently August.) We asked him to give us a good deal and reason to purchase sooner than later. Instead of wasting our time with chit-chat and building a "relationship" with us like we've experienced with other car salesman, Enrique listened to our request and delivered VALUE. He called within just a few days with a specific Tuscon in mind that fit our requirements and he could give us a great price on. It was one of the remaining 2012 cars on the lot, loaded, but had several hundred miles on it from being traded by another dealer. He was able to drop the price, and found several rebates only available on the 2012 models that made the net price of a Limited edition of the new car less than the dealer invoice price and even less than the 2013 step-down GLS model. We are thrilled with the vehicle, the value and our positive experience working with Enrique Rios and his charming partner in the business office, Jordan. More

I judge the dealership's customer service using lots of criteria, but the most important criteria I have is if the organization meets the following .... Great cutomer service is like a fine wine.... Extremely rare and very hard to find.... I have been associated with "Customer Service" organizations for over 30 years, both as a receiver and provider of customer service. As a provider I always demanded my emplyees provide great Customer Service. I am considered a very good judge both customer service and fine wines. I have found great customer service at auto dealerships a rarity. Sub-standard service providers do not get my business. I have enjoyed fine wine in my life and South Point is truly "a fine wine" in a jungle of overbearing, poumpus dealerships that they provide good or great customer service that has a lot to learn about knowing and understanding customer needs and ideosyncrancies. Soth Point thanks and keep up the great service for you truly "Soar With The Eagles" in service to the customer. I have got 36.4 MPG from I left South Point and had to navigate 40 minutes of I-35 stop and traffic and then home for a total of 202 miles. Very Comfortable, Cool, Efficient and cost Effective transportation. I will recommend South Point to all my friends that are looking for a new ride. Take care, thanks a million and "God Bless"! I recently purchased a "used" car, it runs, preforms, and looks brand New, Jackie was outstanding, the 1st car didn't work, we found a very simular car with all my needs, I drove my car home to preforms, and looks brand New, Jackie was outstanding, the 1st car didn't work, we found a very simular car with all my needs, I drove my car home tonight with an extended warranty, for only $80 more a month than I was paying on my 8 year old car with 117,000 more miles. and they also got me approved and everything. I would recommend them to ANYONE! even though I don't have a Hyundai, I will.be getting my services done there! Love them! More

I was ready to give up but decided to look South when I came upon South Point Hyundai..as soon as we drove up, I was approached by a smiling Jackie...I immediately felt like I was in good hands...Jackie never neglected, pushed or made me feel uncomfortable during my visit..I must say, the surrounding staff was also awsome by offering us water and always opening the doors if near..I was always kept posted on my progress.. I was very pleased with my car buying experience and would most definitely recommend South Point Hyundai to my family and friends...Women make great sales people...there should be more!!! More

Though gas mileage was one of the most critical factors in deciding which car to purchase, Jeff made a compelling enough argument that I released that as a priority in light of all the other features in which the Hyundai felt superior. I had already answered a phone survey and did the on line one as an after-thought and was distracted, so I was not as exuberant about my experience as I might have been. Jeff Allen is an asset to your company. I would suggest that you only solicit one form of review from clients, so that it doesn't feel overwhelming or burdensome. More

We were helped by an exceptional salesperson named Tim. He and the dealership were very much willing to work with us on a trade-in for our 2007 Camry and the purchase of two cars (a 2007 Accent and a 2012 He and the dealership were very much willing to work with us on a trade-in for our 2007 Camry and the purchase of two cars (a 2007 Accent and a 2012 Elantra). Everything was great on the purchase side of things. A few days later we did have a minor issue with the Elantra but that was fixed at no cost to us. The only issue that I feel should be mentioned is that both cars were received with a single key. This was no issue for the Accent as this is a physical key but the Elantra is a different story. The Elantra has a smart key (electronic) and the car can neither be opened nor started without it. Additionally, you can't simply buy another key as a spare. The car must be programmed to accept the key. Consequently, if the key is lost, the car would need to be towed into the dealership to then purchase a key, have it and the car programmed, and a new physical key created. The point of this detail being it is not a simple key that was not provided (something I could have copied at Home Depot for example). It was instead an integral part of the car's operation. The Elantra was slightly used but was a 2012 model. When I realized the danger of only having one key, I brought the car in and asked for a discount (possibly buying it at the dealer's cost) to have a second key made for the fact the key arguably should have been provided at the time of purchase. The response was that the car was used and that was all that was turned in with the car. I of course understood that but only wanted to get a better rate for the key's replacement than someone simply walking off the street. Only a couple days before I had purchased two cars after all. No such deal was made. I was told there was "nothing they could do." The key cost me nearly $330. As I said above the purchase of the car was easy and enjoyable. Even the contact with the very professional and helpful support consultant named Patricia was great. She did everything she could to help us and keep us informed with the progress of getting the key made and the other minor issue resolved. My only issue was the feeling that the dealership profited off the fact I was never given a second key. After purchasing two cars I paid the same price as someone who had no business dealings with them. I do not feel this was right. More

There is a terrific customer service feel that comes across genuine. My son loves his new car and I appreciate the easy experience we had working with Jeff. More
