Look, we all know buying a car can be intimidating and stressful. I went here expecting the typical jazz sales people do with the “let me talk to my manager”. My experience was 100% the opposite. I came in trading in my Audi and I feel the customer service was so much better then the Audi dealer. At no time during the process did anyone try to upsell me anything or add extended warranties or other items. Plus when I requested to remove some accessories. They easily said no problem and didn’t charge me. While it’ll always take a long time at the dealership. This time was at least pleasant enough not feeling pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Shawn and Sam both took good care of me and was very easy going and fun to conversation with. This is first time I’ve ever left a review for a dealership and it’s well worth it. More

I felt that they really cared. When I told them about my situation they were more than willing to help me out. The service manager was outstanding. I bought my used car just a few months ago and started having car issues the very first week of having the car, a transmission issue as well as a AC issue. I called and called and everyone blew me off or told me they couldnt help me. My existing warranty that was left on the car was about to run out and they told me they couldn’t get me in to fix the issues and I was left not knowing what to do. I called the South location I was able to get an appt within the following month and they fixed my car in 3 days. If you want to buy Hyundai go to the South location. The North location is trash. Big xxxxxxto the South location. More
