I took my Kona in so they could fix the recall on my car! I have been hearing a ticking sound for awhile. Not too long ago I had oil changed so you know it’s not ticking do to lack of oil. The guy in shop said my Mechanic didn’t hear a ticking and that my car is fine, when I know it is not fine. The workers there did not give a crap about us or the car.
