Don't buy a Hyundai if you expect service after the sale. Bought a new vehicle 3 weeks ago and from day 1 I noticed it drifted to the left when driving. I called to schedule an appoint and was told it may not fall under the warranty. Called back today to ask if they had a shuttle van to take me to work and was told if it was within a 10 mile radius. No, it's little farther out than 10 miles. When I explained that I needed to take it in to have it checked out I was told that I probably would need to keep it overnight to diagnose the problem. At that point I lost it and told her that I would take it somewhere else to get serviced and that was totally fine with her. The bumper to bumper warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Plus my guess is you'll play h*** trying to get your oil changed because appointments are apparently not a thing. When I bought the vehicle I told the sales department that service had bad reviews but they didn't seem to mind. What do they care, they sold a sucker to a sucker. If I wanted to spend all day waiting in a service lobby I would've kept my old car. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. More

Horrible wait time for any kind of service. 3-4 months for a scheduled appointment. If you take your car with no appointment for an urgent matter. We had an awful experience with the service department here. We brought our vehicle in because the transmission indicator came on. We were told that this would be under warranty and that we would hear bac here. We brought our vehicle in because the transmission indicator came on. We were told that this would be under warranty and that we would hear back the next day. After a couple of days, we did hear back and were told our car was ready. After Ubering 20 miles to get here, we were told "We thought you were someone else on the phone, your car isn't ready". Eventually, on a later day we received an invoice with a surprise almost $300 diagnostic fee, work quoted for over a thousand dollars, with tons of overpriced add-ons suggested (Air filters, windshield wipers, oil, every add-on you could think of and all costing way more than they should). This is all on a one year old vehicle. They made us pay the $300 diagnostic fee before we could take our car to a real mechanic. That mechanic charged $240 to fix the issue in a few hours. If you read reviews, you'll notice the positive reviews are for sales, the negative reviews are for service. Don't use this service department. More
