Not only did it take over a month to get an appointment but even after I dropped off my car for the scheduled appointment, I kept getting emails saying I missed my appointment! Multiple calls for an updat but even after I dropped off my car for the scheduled appointment, I kept getting emails saying I missed my appointment! Multiple calls for an update went unanswered. The only call back I got was from a sales guy wanting to seek me another Genesis! For a “high end brand”. their service department looked like a dump, they need to take some lessons from Lexus on how to run a service department. Lots of excuses as to why they can’t service their customers properly and after them charging me $225, they said they can’t figure out the problem even after I gave them the error code. So over a week without my car, less $225 and car is still not fixed! More
