I was extremely disappointed with the dealership. They sent me a letter saying they would buy my current vehicle from me for KBB value + $1000 more. I made an appointment to visit the dealership and they sent me a letter saying they would buy my current vehicle from me for KBB value + $1000 more. I made an appointment to visit the dealership and they did in-fact offer me KBB value for the vehicle but refused to honor the offer for $1000 more in the letter they sent. They tried to tell me that only applied if I was purchasing another car from the dealership. The letter clearly stated that "You do not have to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle from us to participate in this offer". I pointed that out and was still told they would not honor it. I walked away and didn't complete the transaction. Instead I sold my vehicle on Vroom.com for $1200 more than I would have got if they did honor the offer. Personally, I would recommend staying away from any of the South Point dealerships as they are all shady and employ dirty tactics to get you in and keep you there. This was the second negative experience I have had with a South Point dealership and I would say just go North or further south for your car buying or selling needs. This entire franchise is evil. They will be replaced by the internet in due time and personally I can't wait to see that happen. More
I bought two cars here. One car has something wrong with the paint, there are discolored spots and the paint is so thin/soft that you can scratch it off with a fingernail... The service team said this was " the paint, there are discolored spots and the paint is so thin/soft that you can scratch it off with a fingernail... The service team said this was "road debris", that I should wax my car and that there's nothing wrong with it. I will not return to this dealership for service or sales after this experience. Sheldon is the only person at this dealership that I am willing to do business with again, it is quite unfortunate that he works here. More

I can't even tell you how amazing my experience with Timmy Wiles was. He called me at 9am, based on my request for a vehicle they had, by noon my new car was in my drive way. He explained everything to me (the finance guy Sheldon also explained the warranty, gap insurance, and other perks when he called me to go over the finance options) Timmy showed me how the new features work and set me up with Bluelink. Again I can't even explain how easy the process was. I love the new car and am so greatful for the wondeful experience. More
