This is the quickest car buying experience I had. From the start to delivery. Jessie helped me from the start coordinating everything to her manager, finance team, service team. Exceptional Service! I have bought many cars in my lifetime, Hyundai is by far the best place I've been to purchase a car. After a horrible experience the day prior with Kia South located on 183N, I returned those two cars and decided to try Hyundai, really never knew about the cars they offer until Jessie Logan and Arturo Logan assisted my mother and I. Arturo took very good care of my mother and made her feel so comfortable and took her for a couple of test drives, his demeanor was excellent and did not pressure us to purchase anything. Thank you Arturo! Now, Ms. Jessie Logan was a rock star, not going to lie, never had a female saleswoman, I've bought at least 9 cars in the last 16 years, always had a male, but wow, was she awesome. Very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. She got me the best deal and made sure my mother and I were happy, again no pressure. She knew of my bad experience with Kia and she made the atmosphere welcoming and I am extremely impressed. The scariest part is finance. Miles Stewart was not just exceptional, but his customer service was amazing. He was not pushy and gave us great deals on plans and GAP, because I bought two cars from them the same day, he made sure he gave us a low percentage APR and was so organized. We were laughing throughout the whole process. Not as stressed out as I usually am when buying a car. Made my experience and very amazing experience! Thank you Arturo, Jessie and Miles! Worst dealership for service ever So here we go again with typically horrible service at South Point Hyundai. After writing a review about how bad the service is, I got a call from Stephanie, the service manager and we discussed my issues. She said that for anything other than an oil change, I needed to come in during the week. Not fine, but OK. So I made an appointment with her for today Friday 9/6/2019. I dropped off the vehicle (2016 Tucson) at 9:30AM. I was also told that they would be charging me $95.00 to determine if the needed repair was covered under warranty. The service writer (Patricia) did not tell me if this would be waved if it was under warranty, just that I would be charged. At 4:23 PM, I had not heard anything about my vehicle, so I called and left a message for Patricia. I received a call back from her at 4:30 telling me that the vehicle had not been looked at and it wouldn’t be looked at until Monday. So I am would be without the vehicle over the weekend AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!! So I called Stephanie when I hung up with Patricia. When Stephanie called me back at exactly 5:30, she told me that the car had been in all day and had been looked at, but Patricia did not know this and it was no ones fault. Mind you Patricia is the service writer and it is her job to know. Stephanie told me there were 2 codes that came up and the repair would not be covered under warranty. I instructed them to not do anything else to the vehicle and I would be down to pick up the vehicle. When we got there my wife asked for a printout of the scan that was done. The scan was time stamped. At 5:19. So Stephanie LIED to me. She had the vehicle quickly scanned and called me 11 minutes later, but only after I called to check on the vehicle. I have been to a lot of dealerships in a lot of states and I have NEVER seen one that is this bad. Be forewarned, if you want crappy service, being lied to, and being overcharged, this is the dealership for you. More

They provided up front pricing in a detailed fashion, just as I asked, and I almost felt disappointed when I realized I would need to take my business elsewhere. ALMOST. Money talks, folks ;-) More
AWFUL Customer Service I have called no less than 25 times today to have someone help me figure out how I can have my “malfunction indicator light” looked at. I was told there is a 6 day back log and I would have to leave my car there to have it looked at and pay for a rental car. I tried to talk to an advisor to get an appointment instead of leaving it there for 6 days and I have been hung up on or left for voicemail 16 times now. These people don’t care about helping. I would rather spend the $100 to have firestone fix my car than ever give this place my money. More
Great Experience at Genesis of Austin/South Point Hyundai I went to multiple Genesis dealerships and found the experience at Genesis of Austin to be amazing. Pierre DeMarsielle was a great salesperson and gav I went to multiple Genesis dealerships and found the experience at Genesis of Austin to be amazing. Pierre DeMarsielle was a great salesperson and gave an amazing experience and walk-through of all the features, along with the additional Genesis inspection, and final detailing that he arranged. I usually buy BMW, Porsche, or similar cars and Genesis of Austin was far friendlier than those dealers and also had a much better color selection for the G70 3.3T Sport (as well as the other models) than other Genesis dealers. They tend to keep a bit more variety on hand and it was appreciated. My wife is Chinese and is a professional negotiator, but Pierre and the management staff never lost their cool as has happened at other dealerships. They were professional all around and it was great working with Pierre DeMarsielle at Genesis of Austin!!! 5 Stars!! More

They totally understood my frustration with the lease I had going on on a Tucson, which I had also gotten there and did a great job in getting me out of it and into a Santa Fe. We have been very pleased with all the Hyundais we have purchased at South Point, but this time was our best experience, all starting and ending with Tom. Thanks, Cindy Johnson More
