So I tend to avoid dealerships partly because I have had bad experiences in the past and service costs tend to run a little higher also. He have me daily calls or text message updates, took the time to communicate with the tech and get back to me, entertained my questions and got answers for me very quickly. Even though I was without my truck 5 days I never felt like I was in the dark and didn’t know what was happening. I will definitely go back to south point and see Jody!
