I brought in a coupon to the service department. Didn’t read the fine print. Announced to the advisor that I wished to take advantage of 3 of the specials offered. He never said anything about it. When I went to pay, I was told flatly, “you can’t stack coupons.” That’s five and I understand, but it would have nice to be told beforehand when dropping off the vehicle. I would have chosen to have the service done elsewhere. I will be choosing elsewhere going forward. More
I purchased a 2010 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership. Our agreement was they would fix several small issues that I noticed on the vehicle. Such as the cruise control, the cracked dash, etc. prior to me taking the vehicle home. (However on the paperwork they stated “advise” instead of repair”. Well, come a few weeks later the cruise control was never fixed as it sat at the dealer and. None of their technicians could figure it out apparently. Since I purchased the vehicle with cash, I went ahead and picked up the car as they stated that they would contact me when they have their special traveling gm tech look at it when he comes to their dealer. I needed the car. Almost 3+months later. It still has not been fixed. And now the check engine light came on. It has thrown several codes. One for the ecu u0100, and several other that I do not remember. Part of me believes they knew this was an issue and still sold me the vehicle anyway. I still have a vehicle with no cruise control and several other issues meaning I cannot drive the car. Not happy. More

This was my first new car purchase and they made the process very easy. I took my vehicle in for the recommended inspections and basic maintenance. Appointment for service was easy to make. Service manager was very thorough in explaining the service they were going to perform.
