I took my diesel 2500 there for an oil change at 3 o’clock yesterday. I picked it up yesterday. They were also supposed to do an alignment. They could not complete the alignment but charged me with a o’clock yesterday. I picked it up yesterday. They were also supposed to do an alignment. They could not complete the alignment but charged me with a $30 discount from there. I drove 15 miles home I got in my truck this morning and the low engine oil light is on. I called the dealership and they told me I need to bring it back in another 30 mile drive for me. I asked them if they could just send me Oil with their shuttle and the lady said no we can’t send you oil with your with our shuttle. She told me she was gonna have the manager call me to for a solution instead she called me right back in three minutes and said the manager was busy and that I needed to bring the truck back in. It’s difficult to trust a service center that didn’t put enough oil in it in the first place More

It took them a few minutes for a service rep to come to me and they were not busy had zero cars before me or after me. I was there to just do an oil change and then asked them to check my transmission flui me and they were not busy had zero cars before me or after me. I was there to just do an oil change and then asked them to check my transmission fluid. She came back after initially telling me it would be free to check it, 2 minutes later telling me it would just under $200 to check the fluid. That’s insane to me. Just walked out with the oil change and was there for 1 hour and paid $86 even with a 10% discount for going in the afternoon. This is 20$ more than the regular dealership I go to without the discount. Probably won’t be coming back unless necessary. More
