I started out with Paul he seemed like he was going to be really good to deal with and Everytime I would call he wouldn't answer his phone, I would text he wouldn't return the text, I would have to call and get in touch with another. Service tech, they would tell me Paul was off that day and they were taking care of his tickets, this happened Everytime I called I finally had the service desk get me in touch with a manager, that when I got with Cecil, they pulled off of my truck one whole day to work on someone else's transmission, and I finally had to call everyday to keep them on my vehicle, and what put the icing on the cake for me sir was this, the day I finally was able to get my truck back they had me set in the waiting room and had Paul get the paperwork together which let me to know he was getting the commission for it, I told Cecil I didn't want anymore to do with Paul, and Paul just slowly got everything around I finally had to go out there and make him speed up so I could be on my way, sir my wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from south point and have had all our service work done there, driving clear from sand Springs just to get the oil changed, we've been very dedicated to doing business

I started out with Paul who seemed at first that he would be very helpful, but Everytime I called he wouldn't answer his phone or return my text messages I would get in touch with other service techs they would tell me he was off that day and they were taking care of his tickets, this went on for over a week I finally to ly had the receptionist get me a manager, who got me with Cecil, and he even pulled the mechanic off my truck for a whole day to work on someone else's transmission I told him too that I didn't want to deal with Paul any more on this issue, and when I finally got to get my truck back, he had Paul get the final paperwork together for me, and had me set in the waiting room, Paul just slowly got around getting the paperwork together, I finally had to go out there and get him to speed up, sir my wife and I have bought 3 vehicles from south point, one being a new one, we have been dedicated to having our vehicles serviced there but not sure if we are going to continue doing that thank you for listening to me.
