Very thorough service, personable guy... everyone I interacted with besides Jason was very polite as well. There is also a man offering rides from the dealership if your car is going to be awhile--pretty cool. The waiting area is a bonus too with comfortable seating, a fridgerator of complimentary bottled water, a RAD coffee machine (not cheap or fake stuff) that has Starbucks or Folgers. You choose the strength of coffee/milk/sugar, excellent cappuccino, a decent cafe latte... as I stated... FRESH doughnuts of all varieties in a three-tier stand to munch on and accompany your coffee or water. All in all excellent dealership with great service and people that care; the technians I didn't interact with rock too, and of course Jason H. rules! I will continue to request him when I return to South Pointe Chevy for my future service needs or car! More
