I wish I didn’t even have to click a star because this was the worst experience going to this dealership ,it doesn’t even deserve a star. It deserves 0 stars . I was there for hours upon hours (1015am - 5 was the worst experience going to this dealership ,it doesn’t even deserve a star. It deserves 0 stars . I was there for hours upon hours (1015am - 530 pm). The sales person couldn’t even answer my questions that I had about the 2 vehicles I was looking at . If you’re a salesperson you should know the answers that customers are asking about the cars you are trying to sell. Then They kept asking me for all this paperwork that I didn’t have on me because when I made the appointment no one told me what I should bring with me. If you know that I had an appointment why wouldn’t you tell that customer what they should bring with them.. Then the sales persons kept getting up from sitting with me saying she had to go help this customer then that customer . Then They wanted to take my plates off my car and put them on one of the cars I was looking at without even telling me what the monthly payments were going to be.. They kept my registration and when I called to pick it up the next day they didn’t know where it was because the salesperson was off and they said they were going to email the sales person to find out where it was and were going to call back and never called back. Then when i finally heard back from the salesperson person around 3 -315pm and they said for me to come back and get it when it takes me 1 hr and 15 min to get there and they close at 4, I said can you overnight it to me because I needed it , she told me to remind her the next day which was today to overnight it so I texted her this morning and she said she’s not overnighting it.. horrible experience, horrible customer service I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone ever and if someone said they were going to that dealership I would TELL THEM NOT TO GO THERE!! More

All of the used car pricing you see online is a scam. You must purchase a $6,000 extended warranty to get that pricing. And the price of the vehicle can still be more. Wasted a whole day at this scam dealership. 3 hr. drive down, 4 hr. drive home. Watch for the tricky online wording that is not understandable to any intelligent person or otherwise! More

I had a vehicle that wouldnt start, got started, and stalled on a hot busy rd 50 ft away!! Got back to dealer and put a new battery in and finally took it for a test drive. The whole time im asking for out the door price, was told I had to wait to get to finance. In the meantime I was asked to insure a vehicle I never signed any paperwork for!! I was told I can't do finance without insuring the vehicle. I was putting a large sum of money down to be told it was almost $15,000.oo higher!! what did I save?? also in finance in order to get my payment to what I wanted I was told to refinance in 3 months instead of giving me the real price of the vehicle!! I normally dont do this, but AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!! More

Called me to give them a good review in return for a free oil change.
