He added a 1700$ warranty to our loan with out asking us then when I came to address the problem he was rude and talking over us and the way he acted with the laughing and smirking was just aweful. I decided not to go with them. Do your self a favor and go to KARP KIA in Rockville center. They gave me the same car same price 2 years newer and no HIDDEN FEES!! No rude employees. More
