Service - Poor customer service I was trying to get a replacement part for my 2011 Kia. I walked into the showroom on Sunday and was told that Service was in Monday to Saturday. Th I was trying to get a replacement part for my 2011 Kia. I walked into the showroom on Sunday and was told that Service was in Monday to Saturday. That's fine was also told they were open 7 am to 7 PM. When I arrived at about 5:30 today (Monday) I was told by the rude lady in the Service department that they closed at 5. In addition trying to call the service department is next to impossible as I tried a couple of weeks ago win response to a recall notice for my vehilce. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired and I feel the place was better run under Revolution Kia under whose name I purchased the vehicle to begin with,! More
