Extremely displeased. I brought my car in 3 separate times for a check engine light/stalled vehicle. Each time the same issue kept reoccurring and I was charged $1100 out of pocket for nonsense repairs. The issue kept persisting and getting worse and now its been 3+ months that I've been without my car and I am fed up and frustrated. Not a happy customer and definitely will not be a returning customer. More
Leased a 2023 Kia Sportage x-pro prestige in December 2022. As soon I arrived home with my newly leased car the engine light was on. After driving back and forth between the dealership and my home due to 2022. As soon I arrived home with my newly leased car the engine light was on. After driving back and forth between the dealership and my home due to constant issues, and having to leave my new car in the dealership a few weeks because of the engine light constantly coming on, we asked for something to compensate for our troubles. We were told by Luanne that would get free oil changes for the term of our lease. When we asked for proof multiple times, we were told we can be assured it was in our file not to worry. We persisted on asking for proof but with no proof being given to us, by Luanne we had to just rely on her word. When we finally got to the Kia service to get our "free oil change" there was apparently no proof and surprise surprise Luanne no longer works there. After driving over an hour to the dealership, providing proof of the troubles we faced when we first got the car and even having a worker who was a witness to us being told about our free oil change, the free oil change wasn't given to us because there was no written proof. I wish I could say I was surprised. Glad I leased this car instead of financing. More
I would never buy from these guys. Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my car at this dealership. Saboor Arif was very helpful. He took the time to explain all the trim levels, options and colors with me and took me on a comprehensive dealership. Saboor Arif was very helpful. The sales rep (nice guy named Axel) and I discussed pricing. We spoke briefly. He gave me a price. I wanted better but agreed to look at the car and then went for a brief test drive around the block. Great vehicle! I was almost ready to sign but wanted a lower price. He went back to his manager and came back with a price that was $75 a month higher than we Original discussed. He didn't lower the price but RAISED it. I was clearly annoyed by this. and let the salesman know. Salesman said it wasn't me but my manager. The manager Angel Manjarrez then came over to the desk. He didn't give me his right last name as I had to google it. Mr Manjarrez was completely rude and not letting me speak. I just wanted an explanation on how the price goes up and not down during a negotiation. His answer was" That's what it is.. take it or leave it. I continued to press him for a better answer but he would not let me talk and clearly was trying to talk over me and we both obviously got a bit loud. I was clearly annoyed as i was leaving and Mr Manjarrez continued to taunt me on the way out so I let my frustration be know to potential customers in the lot as I was getting into my car to leave. The manager Angel Manjarrez, then sent over another employees Carlos Mata (The Finance Manager) to attempt to intimidate me and get me off their lot. I almost called the police because that final act was uncalled for. No need to attempt harass me as I was leaving never to return. There are other Kia dealerships on long island.
