Went to look at a 2017 Ford Escape. When I arrived, met with the salesman, Darnell, who told us the vehicle passed 100%, it’s mechanical check. Took it for a test drive. The air conditioner was totally broken—blew nothing but hot air. When I returned from the test drive, Darnell was not around. He came back 5 minutes later reeking of marijuana. I told him and the manager about the air conditioning. They informed me that they don’t check that system if it’s not warm out. WHAT!? I ran out of that place. Avoid it at all costs! More

Don't waste your time with this dealer the are the worst I call for a car that they had made me drive 1 1/2 to there dealer to tell me they just sold the car to some one else just 1/2 hour before i got ther I call for a car that they had made me drive 1 1/2 to there dealer to tell me they just sold the car to some one else just 1/2 hour before i got there these people are a joke I called the day before to confirm that the car was available and had made the appointment to go see it I guess they don't give a xxxx about customer service if I knew they had so many bad reviews I would have never gone there.
