They advertised a car online for $18,995 and I drove two hours to have a look. Found the car, but apparently it first needed to be serviced (front windscreen replacement). Fine, had a quick drive around and so far so good. Then, we got talking about the price: 'Oooh, well, no that price is if you trade in a car and if you finance through us'. Instead, the actual price of this particular vehicle was well over $22k. I pointed out the price they quoted online, on their own website, but 'oh no, I misunderstood', which apparently happened frequently because I was not the first. I then pointed out that if I'm not the first it's basically false or misleading advertising or at the least exceedingly unclear. 'Oh, well, that's a different department, I'm only in sales..' Afterwards I got ghosted--nobody returned my calls and did not live up to any of the promises they made (such as mailing, text or calling me about and with info and an actual Out-of-the-Door price). Don't waste your time with this dealership--this review and many bad reviews here and elsewhere should dissuade you from wasting your time with them, no matter how good of a deal they seem to want to make; they will try and screw you over. More

I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from South Shore Mitsubishi on August 27, 2024, and paid a $675 DMV registration fee. I was told I’d be reimbursed the difference within 60–90 days after receiving my Mitsubishi on August 27, 2024, and paid a $675 DMV registration fee. I was told I’d be reimbursed the difference within 60–90 days after receiving my registration. That deadline has long passed, and I have yet to receive anything. On top of that, the dealership completely dropped the ball with my registration. I was forced to drive with expired temporary plates for a period of time while they failed to get their act together — putting me at risk of tickets and legal issues through no fault of my own (mind you I was 9 months pregnant and due at any moment- in fact had the baby and still had expired plates). To make matters worse, General Manager Oliver Elihu has ignored every one of my phone calls and emails. I’ve reached out numerous times, and he refuses to respond or provide any answers. The issues don’t stop with management — the entire staff, from the receptionist to the sales team, has been rude, unprofessional, and dishonest throughout the process. They lie without hesitation and clearly don’t care about customer service once they’ve closed the deal. If you want to be treated with respect, receive honest information, or get what you paid for, avoid South Shore Mitsubishi at all costs. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS ! More
