I have to say I bought a lot of cars in my life and this is the worst dealership I’ve been to…. I walked in looking to buy a Mercedes Benz for my daughter it took about a half hour just to take the car o is the worst dealership I’ve been to…. I walked in looking to buy a Mercedes Benz for my daughter it took about a half hour just to take the car out of the spot, for a test drive… then they actually made me take out Insurance on the vehicle before any numbers were even agreed on.. I kept saying why would I take out insurance on a car that we didn’t even agree on the numbers and the salesman response was it’s gonna make the bank look good I had an 800 score…. then the price that was advertised was an Internet price,and if only I had a trade-in which I did not the price was $3000 more than the advertise.. and to top it off, I lost four points on my credit score for them, trying to get me the lowest interest rate without asking me …be careful with this place More

Be careful with this dealership. The prices they advertise online are misleading, and once you see the actual paperwork the numbers are much higher. They advertised a car online for $18,995 and I drove two hours to have a look. Found the car, but apparently it first needed to be serviced (front windscreen replacement). Fine, had a quick drive around and so far so good. Then, we got talking about the price: 'Oooh, well, no that price is if you trade in a car and if you finance through us'. Instead, the actual price of this particular vehicle was well over $22k. I pointed out the price they quoted online, on their own website, but 'oh no, I misunderstood', which apparently happened frequently because I was not the first. I then pointed out that if I'm not the first it's basically false or misleading advertising or at the least exceedingly unclear. 'Oh, well, that's a different department, I'm only in sales..' Afterwards I got ghosted--nobody returned my calls and did not live up to any of the promises they made (such as mailing, text or calling me about and with info and an actual Out-of-the-Door price). Don't waste your time with this dealership--this review and many bad reviews here and elsewhere should dissuade you from wasting your time with them, no matter how good of a deal they seem to want to make; they will try and screw you over.
