That said, we understand your concerns about the limited space in our service area and how that can make drop-offs and pick-ups more challenging. We know how important convenience is, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the flow and overall experience. We also hear you regarding the credit card fee. We understand how frustrating that can feel, especially on larger service invoices. on February 11th 2024, New York State has a credit card surcharge law, that all merchants must follow to be incompliance with the law.
