Stay AWAY unless you bring magnifying glasses I went to this dealer on an advertised ad for a vehicle that was listed on the internet. I came in after speaking with someone named La Shay. Upon arrival I asked for him and they claimed he was upstairs with another customer, we were handed over to Michael Sealys, La Shay never came down. After testing the car, I sat down and inquired about the numbers. Here were the surprises that I got from him. He was moving slowly so I felt a scam what about to happen. Here is what I was told: 1) Although the car listing said Pre Own Certified - the car was not and that it would cost another $875 to have it "officially" certified. 2) Although the listing was $16,982 they told me that I had to see the fine print way on the last line of the ad that required an additional 2,995, it had to be financed through Nissan and you had to have a 720 Credit Score. Basically the car that was listed in large print for 16.9K suddenly because $20k. There was a couple in the dealership that stormed out as I was coming back from my test drive. I should have taken that as a sign and left with them. Another guy tried to explain it away but it all felt like a big scam. I guess La Shay is still hiding. There are other dealers out there that are operating with integrity, give them your business, I AM. More

I understand my cerdit it not good & I had a repo but I know I could of get something even with a high rate .. I work in a use dealer , this people sucks !! They lost my sale & I will tell people never to come there .. they don't care about there customers!! More

I had a good experience at Massapequa Nissan. I was shopping around for a car and have been to several dealerships. I went here because I saw the car I wanted for a good price on Autotrader. I worked with Chris Shorter, and he was great.. as was Larry, the finance guy. They both weren't pushy, condescending, or unreasonable. This was the first car I purchased, and I was worried about financing because I don't have good credit. They worked with me to get the car I wanted at payments I can afford.. and even went out of their way to assure I got the extended warranty. Without their help, I really don't think I would have wound up with the new (used) car I wanted. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, definitely give them a chance. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I went into a dealer to lease a Nissan altima 2016 for a 24 month lease , instead they signed me up for a 36 month lease. I spoke to a Mohamed Quasi who was the salesman to get this straightened out, he didn't want to do anything, I then spoke to a Gene who said he's a sales manager he also didn't want to do anything to straighten this out. I then spoke to a Romaine Perkins who is the sales manager, I explained him the entire situation you go in to lease a vehicle asking for one thing, then they go and sign you up for something else, he just kept repeating it can't be done . I spoke to Nissan motors corporation and they said it could be done and the dealer has to rectify the situation. . this dealership are a bunch of liars,& crooks, they don't stand by their word. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this dealership. I spoke to Joe a manager at at massapequa nissan he told me he would look into the matter and get back to me. I called back four days later to speak to Joe the manager, after putting me on hold for over ten minutes they told me that he's not available ,so I gave my name and phone number, they said he would get back to me, 10 days later I still haven't heard back from them. i wouldn't recommend this dealership they are liars, crooks, and a horrible customer service. By the time he left he put out 8k for a new Murano and our payment was more than quoted when we received our 1st payment. This is a lease. No one to blame by ourselves. I would have walked out but my husband didn't want me to make a scene But if this is how they make their money by screwing customers or perhaps only those that do not fight for a deal. I did ask our salesman why the down payment was so high he and he said to keep down out payment. Well our payment is over $100 more than our last vehicle. This transaction was ridiculous. Service Brought my 2013 Nissan rouge here today to have my blue tooth looked at. They destroyed my car in the back didn't bolt anything back I have wires hanging out of the side panel. I opened the trunk had a metal box almost fall out. All of my belongings looks like it was literally throw back in. I will never refer anyone to come to this dealership. I had no damage what so ever to the plastics in my trunk and now I have scratches. I will be pursing news 12 and lawyers and a Insurnace claim. This is un expectable to the max. This place has just ruined my experience of professionalism. I am a very organized person and never will my car look or have my car look like this. It literally looks like it was in a bad accident or someone tried to rob my car for its wires or w.e they were trying to work on in the back considering the radio and blue tooth is up front. I would highly suggest going to another service center. They literally threw my things in to shut the door and say next if you want to be treated this way by all means go here. Not sure about others but I pay money for my car and it should not be treated like this. I have contacted corporate and the news regarding this situation and will be there tomorrow morning to discuss. I have taken my cars to whole in the wall auto repair shops and I have never gotten my car back like this. I hope they have very good Insurnace regarding garage keepers to replace all the damage they may have caused to a 2013 I just bought. It was a leased vehicle and they some how was able to by pass a radio that was put in with non compatibility to the blue tooth in the original make. I will be seeking legal advice on this. I have damage to a vehicle that I had you look at. I would not recommend this dealership and now considering Nissan in general. Look closely at the picture you'll see a metal box and nothing screwed back into place. Please advice and think before doing business here More

I knew I wanted another Maxima, but my wife was looking at other manufacturers. We both ended up with Nissans because once we started working with Joe, why would we want to work with anyone else ever again? To say that he treated me and my family with respect and gave us great deals would be the understatement of the year. It was a pleasure to work with Joe and I can't wait to do it again in 3 years!
