One of the mechanics noticed the tread on one of the vehicle's tires were worn. The sales manager recommended I get 4 new tires (free of charge). It is great to get something free, of course, but everyone I dealt with on my visit was professional and courteous, and I would recommend that dealership to all of my friends. Service advisor Jonathan Garcia was terrific as well. Very professional, very customer oriented. More
Do not buy a car from here They charged me $27,213.06 for a Nissan Sentra. The window sticker price was $17,304.09. I put down $5.800. They said they would pay my first 5 payments and then I would have to pay $275 a month. When time came for me to make my first payment it was $646 a month, more than double that I was told. If you don't want this to happen to you, don't buy a car from Massapequa Nissan. If you do decide to buy a car from here make very sure you do not buy one from Steven Cangilosi. I now have to pay for a lawyer and am suing them for $10,000. More
SHOCKED, DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE FILING A REPORT Upon purchasing my car at this location , part of the deal offered to me at time of purchase was a remote start for my vehicle, Nissan Rogue 2014. This deal was done in the presence of Laura Nathan and Kevin Maciel whom the final deal was made with. I was put in contact with Shazim, the person who would be installing this remote start for me. When he called to arrange visit with me to install it, he informed me that I would be losing one of the two keys given to me and that I may want to look into getting an extra key for emergency. So I proceeded to call the dealership and even visited to see if an extra key can be given because I needed this done before winter. I visited this location and was put in contact with manager " Mel Mamoud who really could not help me at the time because the paperwork was in the office according to him and the office was closed . ( made no sense to me as everything should be in the computer). I proceeded to call him in the following days and not only was he rude but he told me that there was no remote start in my paper work . I said to him , how is this possible, ask Laura, she was sitting right there making the deal. She even mentioned to me in earlier visit that she would do all she can to ensure that I got the extra key. I asked Mel to speak with someone else that could help me and he said "He was it". There was no one else that can assist me and that Kevin no longer works there. I've been calling for Kevin for three weeks now and and no one has told me that he no longer worked there, they just kept sending me to Laura's and his voice mail. No one is returning my calls. I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received from this dealership and to think my husband was actually thinking of purchasing another vehicle from them. No way after this experience . How do you destroy a customer relationship over a remote start, ask Massapequa Nissan. Very dishonest and dishonorable of them to do that. More

Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!! Manager Louie likes to play games. I spent 4 hours and was told I was getting one deal and after insurance was processed, car was prepped and plates Manager Louie likes to play games. I was clear with what I was expecting to pay and was told that everything would be correct when paperwork was processed. What a joke! I have better things to do than to spend my evening away from my family !!! So dont waste your time at Massapequa Nissan, unless you like to play games and have nothing better to do with your time!!!! Salesman Micah was a pleasure, however let this be a lesson to him. He needs to make sure that him and the manager are on the same page and have a clear understanding of what the customer is expecting! I will definitely not being doing any business with Massapequa Nissan!!!! More

Waste of time! I had the WORST experience here! I came here to buy a Nissan Altima and was interested in 2 cars. One car was unavailable at the moment and I was aske I had the WORST experience here! I came here to buy a Nissan Altima and was interested in 2 cars. One car was unavailable at the moment and I was asked to leave money down so the car can be brought to this dealership. I left $100 down so they can bring the car there. The other car I was interested just came into the dealership. There was no price quoted yet, and the salesperson (Chris) made up a price. We came back a few days later and Chris was off from work so a new salesperson helped us (Raymond). Raymond and I were discussing a deal for this car, he told us he could knock the price down to $1000 off the total price. I asked for $1500 off and he said he can meet us half way at $1250. I agreed to that and asked to talk to the manager about getting an extended warranty on the car. We all sat at the desk and the manager said he couldn't go lower than the asking price. I said that Raymond made a deal with me to take $1250 off the asking price and Raymond yelled "I did not say that!" Raymond lied in front of my family about this deal and I asked for my money back and walked out! The sales people are extremely rude and liars! Do not come here and waste your time! More
