Repair cost $18,165.91 I have had repairs done on my truck 18 times with this car dealer. I thought they were honest and trust worthy . Luckily I did a little more research and found a large inventory of new Outlander Sports at South Suburban. I was very excited to be purchasing my first brand new vehicle and hoped the sale would go quickly let me pick what I wanted and send me back to the finance guy. As usually dealing with the sales person is nerve racking and very unenjoyable. I didn't get what I hoped for, what I got is what I feel everyone that purchases a vehicle should get. Eric helped me start to finish picking out the car I wanted, he informed me on everything I needed to know about the car, was funny and kind not pushy. I felt completely comfortable and feel confident in saying I got the best customer service out there and got exactly what I walked into get and at the price that was listed. More

Most sale people make you feel like they are doing you a favor and pushing you into a car that gives them the biggest commission. But with Eric Brown he made me feel like his commission did not matter. He took time going over everything with my mother and me. I told him my price range for a car note every month and tried his best to stay in that price range. Eric was patient and answered all my question. On the test drive he showed me all the car had to offer me. Eric was friendly. The one funny thing about Eric was that him and my brother has the same name the only different was their middle name. So we had fun with that. Eric is a good sales person. More
