We made a written agreement to purchase our car via the internet. When we arrived, they pulled up the email, and say" Yeah, we can not sell this car for that price, we will make no money on it." While th internet. When we arrived, they pulled up the email, and say" Yeah, we can not sell this car for that price, we will make no money on it." While they were looking at the email! The person we dealt with on the phone and via email was conveniently not there. We were told she was the person who gets you in the door, she is NEVER there. We sat there for 5 hours trying to come to an agreement. They never budged. We had driven 3 hours to purchase the car. At the very end they agreed to give us life time oil changes for free ( we live 3 hours away, am I really going to drive 6 hours for an oil change? NEVER and they knew that). When we got home they had given us the wrong title. Wrong VIN number, wrong color. When we went to department of motor vehicles to get the plates, they had also given us the wrong information for that too. The person at the DMV said,"Have they ever sold a car before?" There was nothing that went right with this transaction. It was clearly, get them in the door at a low price and we will keep them here for a really long time and not honor our world. Never again will I go there. Emailed Mitsubishi and got a from apology. Wont be building any customre loyalty from this sale. More

I was drawn in by the prices listed on the Internet. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. Once I choose a vehicle I was most intrested in, Rob the salesman that was helping me, did everything he co sales staff were friendly and helpful.
