It was very disappointing to me too. I tried to resolve it through e-mail / messaging, but no one contacted me on this so we went and found the same deal we were told we would get from your business, but just got the runaround there instead. This was our worst experience with any dealership ever. The dealership were we got our asking price was one of our best ones yet out of the 5 vehicles we have purchased. They may have been further in drive but were very committed in giving us what we desired with no runaround approach. In and out within 1 hour.
