An employee mistake, that a customer has to pay for. The service department was excellent. Keith was excellent I would definitely recommend the service department only! The porter washed it then backed it into a tow truck. We were given a rental car; which was brought back before we got the impala because we felt they were accommodating our son to drive. We felt why have the dealership continue to pay for the rental. We were told that we were getting new parts for the accident but we didn’t. Dan the manager didn’t offer us anything for the inconvenience. Dan could definitely use some peoples skills classes. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Dennis was accommodating to us for the rental. More
