What a surprise! I walked into the dealership with a little reservation and reluctance. Tracey had contacted me several times and encouraged me to come in. I was scare I walked into the dealership with a little reservation and reluctance. Tracey had contacted me several times and encouraged me to come in. I was scared because I was afraid if being rejected. I rarely check my credit and didn't know exactly where I stood when it comes to my score. Upon my arrival, Tracey greeted me and introduced me to a gentleman named Orlando, who was a sales associate. He was the ultimate professional. He was very cordial in demeanor and had an awesome personality. Additionally, he was polite and had a great sense of humor. He informed me that he would do everything in his power to ensure that I was a happy customer upon my exit. On the other hand, I was fearful because I knew my credit had a couple of blemishes. Orlando, reminded me that he had my best interest at heart and he would fight on my behalf. After reviewing my credit, I was pleasantly surprised as I received an approval for a brand new 2018 Outlander Sport SUV. Orlando, went above and beyond and assisted me with identifying an insurance company to provide full coverage with affordable premiums. I am happy with my new vehicle and will definitely inform family, neighbors, and friends about my pleasant experience. More

After getting my deal made on the exact car i wanted, I put down a deposit and drove up a few days later from Tennessee. When i arrived at the dealership my car was detailed, waiting in the shop for me to inspect it and the paperwork was ready. This was the best deal I found on my 2018 LE AWD Outlander within 540 miles. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. THANKS AGAIN More

Exceptional Experience I actually saw the commercial for South Suburban Mitsubishi and made some some to come in. I was not familiar with the Mitsubishi brand and all but I I actually saw the commercial for South Suburban Mitsubishi and made some some to come in. I was not familiar with the Mitsubishi brand and all but I would have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. My situation could be summed up pretty simply, owed more than the car was worth and was served up a bad deal at the previous dealership. I was greeted by Frank Garcia when I came in. I was immediately impressed and appreciated the fact that he was not high pressure and really took the time to "listen" and "understand" my situation. After looking at several models, we agreed that the Mirage was the best vehicle for me. When i was presented with the deal I was approved for, I was happy with the interest rate, payment, and no money down, but as I mentioned earlier, because I was underwater with my car, the trade was not accepted. This is where I met sales manager Dan Sues, who I need give give a special thanks to. He first wanted me to take the deal because of the rate and payment, and I was ready to pass on the car. However, to my surprise, after listening to my concerns about the trade, offered to get back on the phone with the bank and see what he could do. I have to say that I was blown away when he came back to Frank's desk where I was waiting and told me the trade could be taken at around the same payment I already had. I truly appreciated all his extra work on my deal. I also have to say that it is also a comfort to have such an outstanding warranty on the vehicle which certainly gives me peace of mind for the future. My experience was topped off with a visit general manager Dennis Boston who finalized my deal in the computer. He was a breath of fresh air with a very friendly and outgoing personality which definitely rounded out a truly Exceptional Experience! Thank you again to Frank, Dan and Dennis and I am really excited to be part of the South Suburban Mitsubishi family. I would highly recommend them. More

He made the impossible happen. Frank Garcia assisted me in my purchase of my first car; a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. After getting denied at multiple car dealerships, a friend told Frank Garcia assisted me in my purchase of my first car; a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. After getting denied at multiple car dealerships, a friend told me to come to South Suburban Mitsubishi because they really help their customers out. There were only 3 issues we ran into. The first was that I did my credit application online about a week prior to my visit. However, Frank couldn’t find my application when I came in for my appointment. Therefore, I had to do the credit application completely over again in the dealership which annoying. The second issue was that I chose the Blue Mirage on my credit application and informed the online sales associate of the color car I wanted. However, when it was time for me to test drive the vehicle before my purchase, Frank walked over to the Silver Mirage. I informed him that I wanted the Blue Mirage but he said that the Blue Mirage costed more. When I fact the Blue Mirage costed less than the silver. I was really disappointed with that because I wanted the Blue Mirage and I feel like if I’m paying for it, I should’ve got the color I wanted. The third issue was that I informed the online sales associate that I wanted the online price of about $11,000 and she said the discount would be available until the end of the month. However, I had to pay the full $17,000. That was one of the main reasons why I chose the dealership because I thought I was going to get a discounted price with a low car note. Overall, the process was great. Frank did everything he could to get me approved and I was able to drive alway with a great fuel efficient car. I just wish I could’ve gotten it for the price I was supposed to and the color I requested. More
