The purchase of our new 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 I have chosen to give my experience an overall 5 stars. Truthfully it wasn’t a choice, the dealership and specifically the employee we worked with Chr I have chosen to give my experience an overall 5 stars. Truthfully it wasn’t a choice, the dealership and specifically the employee we worked with Christian Loving did an absolutely tremendous job, there is no question in my mind whatsoever that they deserve anything less. He made me feel very at home and comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the car we decided to purchase. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very stressful time especially when accompanied by your toddler who wants to climb around and do everything as fast as they can; Christian’s patientce with not only me but my son was far more wonderful than I could ever ask for. Anyone can sell a vehicle, but the ability to connect with your customers on a personal level and make them feel 100% at home in an orherwise stressful environment is something not everyone can master. This has been by far the absolute best experience buying a car I have ever had. I would and will recommend this dealership to any and all of my family and friends. We loved the Mitsubishi line so much we purchased 2 I purchased a new Outlander AWC last week and when I brought it home my wife was so impressed with it as well so she purchased a Outlander Sport AWD I purchased a new Outlander AWC last week and when I brought it home my wife was so impressed with it as well so she purchased a Outlander Sport AWD . Mitsubishi is the hidden SUV that people need to take a closer look at for value , quality , warranty and efficiency . The dealearship was A+ . My sales person Christian went above and beyond, all the dealership personnel were very knowledgeable on the product and A+, we worked woth Joe in finance , Keith in service , Orlando on the Sport , all A+ . Purchased new 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander AWC I was searching for a new 2018 AWD SUV under 25k with a 100,000 warranty it proved impossible , I accidentally came across the Mitsubishi vehicle line I was searching for a new 2018 AWD SUV under 25k with a 100,000 warranty it proved impossible , I accidentally came across the Mitsubishi vehicle line as one passed me on the highway, my research began ! this is a forgotten brand that does not advertise really at all, but they should, these All Wheel Control units were designed to blaze through a nuclear winter. My research began on YouTube watching off road videos of these units, it really is incredible and I was sold, 5 star crash rating, 30 MPG, 100,000 mile warranty, All wheel Control , value with options and design that are practical and functional. Mitsubishi needs to advertise more and have more dealerships , one in the South Bend Indiana area would be nice, my dealer I purchased from was in the Chicago land area, it was South Suburban Mitsubishi. ,pricing was unbelievable, service 5 star , deal was made over the phone ,my sales person Christian actually came to South Bend to pic me up, that was 1.5 hrs away and take me back to dealership to complete paper work that took only 20 min, the staff had knowledge of what they were selling which was surprising these days. Keith in Service also answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Im a car guy and this was A+ experience all the way , please advertise more Mitsubishi ! now my wife looked at mine and she wants a Mitsubishi , please check them out ! More
