My salesperson Aaron was superb! He was not pushy, listened to my needs and worked with me to make it happen. Next to purchasing a home, an auto purchase is the next largest purchase I have made. Disappointed I had communicated back and forth with a certain employee. I had sent her an email requesting an appointment with a certain car, and she confirmed the I had communicated back and forth with a certain employee. I had sent her an email requesting an appointment with a certain car, and she confirmed the next morning around 9. The same day, I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership for this particular vehicle. I finally get there, and the car I was interested in had been sold around noon the same day. I should have got an email or call notifying me, that was the ONLY reason I was driving all the way there. I am a college student, and had been saving up for a reliable car to get back and forth from school, and long story short, they gave me a good deal on a similar car. But, after I get home, I notice that one of the headlights is out. How did they not notice this in their inspection check?? Also, it already needs an oil change, the key batteries were low, etc. I have to now pay for all of this service work, when it should have been done before I even left the dealership. If I could go back, I would never do business with this dealership again. They stole and ripped off a college student, it's very disappointing and very pathetic. More
