They told me their price, I told them mine and we met close to my price after only a few minutes. They gave me a fair price on my trade and in less than an hour I was on my way. I wish all car dealers were that easy to deal with. More
Horrible If you're thinking about doing business with them... DONT. I have so many complaints about this business I don't even know where to start. My fiancé If you're thinking about doing business with them... DONT. I have so many complaints about this business I don't even know where to start. My fiancé and I bought a used car from them about 2 months ago. We've maybe had the car for 3 out of those 8 weeks because it's had to go in for service so many times. The fact that they own the extended warranty company that they offer buyers is a HUGE red flag, and even though the contract clearly states if you live more then 40 miles from the selling dealer you can take it elsewhere, the catch is they have to tell you where you can take it or else they won't pay for the work. So my most current option was bring it back to them or bring it to another dealer in the same auto mall... even though that's the same amount of miles.... The service department manager Keith is horrible. Last time I spoke with him I completely lost it and was practically screaming at him. Had to ask to speak with someone else because he was being so combative with me and wasn't listening to what I was saying. He tried to "end the call on a good note" before he transferred me to someone else by saying his techs had to vacuum the drivers side seat of the loaner they gave us because there was dog hair on it and if they wanted to they could have charged us $140 for a detailing. My fiancé works with dogs, and yes, dog hair gets stuck to his clothes. Sorry you had to take a vacuum to it but threatening to charge me for that is NOT how to diffuse a situation. We have to now contact them AGAIN because the issue with the car hasn't been resolved. Save yourself the stress and complete lack of customer service, take your business elsewhere. More

Definitely worth it! Though it was a few hours well, the sales consultant, Ron, was very patient, helpful and pleasant with us as we looked at and test drove a few cars. We did not even know he had another customer simultaneously which is proof that the customer service was and is stellar. They did their best to work within the confines of our budget which is what many of us are looking for in these tough economic times. Combine that with the fact Mitsubishi undercharges for the amount of features you get on their vehicles for the price and you get a deal that is hard to beat. Plus, they have a fresh popcorn machine while you wait which tastes better than any movie theater I've been too :) More

hassle free I can't say enough about Maggie at South Suburban. I brought my daughter in to buy a car and she couldn't have been more accommodating. The sales manager also did not pressure me when I told him that I just started looking and was going to look at other cars. I told him to give me his best price and he did.
