Bought a $29,500 car and regret it!!!! I thought my 2016 Outlander Sp GT was great at first.. but then I started noticing the bugs. To start off the USB port is not compatible to my iPhone I thought my 2016 Outlander Sp GT was great at first.. but then I started noticing the bugs. To start off the USB port is not compatible to my iPhone 6s when I want to play music on it, it stars playing a song but when I pick one it changes and skips songs!! The song name in the screen isn't even the right one! Second, my rear view camera is great BUT the red line that is supposed to be parallel to the back of the car is slightly crooked. I made a service app Monday, 11-28-16, for an oil change and to fix these two bugs.. had to drop off my car at 2pm, 2, wasnt ready till 5pm and I live 30 minutes away. I get there and they tell me nothing is wrong with the camera... and they updated the software so it should fix the USB issue.. NO IT DID NOT GET FIXED. I called the manager of sales and he explained to me that he would get my phone number to the manager of service asap and I would get a call first thing next morning. Never got a call. My boyfriends care cost way less than mine and it has everything my car has BUT BETTER. Now I know it's not that big of a deal.. but for $30,000???? Really?! Never wasting my money on a mitsubitshi ever again. Not recommending it either. P.S. RESALE VALUE OF MY CAR IS $19,800 AND I BOUGHT IT IN JUNE 2016. I'm stuck with it. HORRRRRRIBBBLLLLEE. I have nothing against jake the employee, he was just the only name I remember. More

Very personable and extremely knowledgeable, he patiently guided me through the process. It was my first experience choosing and purchasing a vehicle alone. With the help of Dennis Boston, the experience was a good one and I recently returned and immediately sought out Jeff Lusk just to see what deals Mitsubishi was offering. I went in for an oil change and came out with a new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. I left feeling very good about the whole process. They answered my questions and as always told me to contact them if I needed any additional information. I still get life-time oil changes as I had over the previous five (5) years. It's a good feeling to walk into an establishment and be called by your name and receive the service I always get at South Suburban. This is my 4th Mitsubishi and my 2nd purchase from South Suburban Mitsubishi. Three other family members have purchased Mitsubishi based on my recommendation. More

I brought a new car I came the South Suburban Mitsubishi to have 2014 Lancer service which brought in 11/2013. So while I was waiting I was checking out the 2017 Outland I came the South Suburban Mitsubishi to have 2014 Lancer service which brought in 11/2013. So while I was waiting I was checking out the 2017 Outlander. Orlando had greeted earlier and i ask what would be the monthly fro me. Need to say it was way out of my price range but he did't give up and after all said and done he put in a new 2016 Outlander. Orlando went all out to see I could get a new car in my price range. He's the best!!!! More
