Dealer handled my service call in a professional and friendly manner. Their time estimate was not spot on, ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours. My car was done in 90 minutes but I didn’t mind the wait. T friendly manner. Their time estimate was not spot on, ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Today I had the pleasure of leasing a new car from Michael Pendergraft. Let me just say that this was the easiest sales experience of my LIFE. I've bought several cars in my lifetime and this was, start to finish, such an easy experience. Michael was kind, prompt, attentive, and MOST importantly - not pushy. He patiently went through all of the options, told me to take as long as I wanted on my test drive and consideration, and made sure every single detail was correct before I left. If you're looking to buy a car, this is your guy, hands down. Thanks for an incredible experience, Michael! My finance experience was with Michael Smith, and while I spent less time with him, he was incredible as well. Again, he communicated all of the important details, was super kind and patient, and I left feeling like I understood all of the financial agreements. This experience was much more pleasant than my first one at South Tacoma Honda, and I'm glad to see they're hiring these kind of folks to represent them! More
