We received such good treatment the first time we bought our 2002 Odyssey 14 years ago that we have continued to return. Then we met Ryllan and appreciate how he genuinely wants to find the right car for the customer and goes the extra mile. Ryllan was even helpful the following day after the sale unlike the previous salesman at South Tacoma Honda. (I didn't know that Ryllan was still selling cars there.) The previous salesman didn't want to explain anything a second time to me when I went back the following week because he wanted to talk to his buddy. I told my husband after that that I was not going to buy any more cars at South Tacoma Honda and then after the accident we found ourselves there again working with Ryllan and purchasing an amazing Accord! $15500 for Civic 2015 LX, deal or no deal? We stopped by South Tacoma Honday today. Stan is the salesperson. We negotiated the price on Honda Civic 2015, the listing price was $17,899 and their We stopped by South Tacoma Honday today. Stan is the salesperson. We negotiated the price on Honda Civic 2015, the listing price was $17,899 and their final offer was $15500 + tax + $150 docs fee. We were asking 15500 + tax, waiving the doc fee. They did not agree, that is fine, We left , Later, I called to see if we could split the difference. Finally, Stan agreed on $15300 + tax +doc fee 150, and asked us to come back. We did come back, but when he showed us his new price, its $15850 + tax + doc $150. It is $650 more than we agreed upon. We were very disappointed with the outcome and left. He could have said no, when I counteroffered him, but, asked us to come back, and raised the agreed price...it is not just work ethic problem, it is bad reputation , and hurt customers relationship. He may save a few hundred bucks on this car, but what he lost is the reputation of South Tacoma Honda, and a many potential customers. Since I am not going to be silent about my horrible experience with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Add to list Edit More
Used car purchase Yvette greeted me as I was looking at a used odyssey. I took the car to my wife's work and we came back to the dealership. Long story short, we bought the van. We were in a time crunch and they got all the paperwork done quickly and were on our way. Did not disclose fee information in lease My last lease of a Honda accord had the recall for faulty brakes. When I learned of it I had two months left to go and took the car in to either have My last lease of a Honda accord had the recall for faulty brakes. When I learned of it I had two months left to go and took the car in to either have the brakes fixed or end the lease early. They did neither and since it put me in a bad spot I had to lease a new accord and because they said they would let me out two months early if I did so. Time to turn in the lease again and now doing homework to see what the costs really are.... WOW they charged me $1298 in excess fee's over the markup on the price of the car at $24,000! That equates to a 11.8% Fee over the price of the car PLUS the Mark up of around $4,000 More

I worked with Yvette who was by far the BEST salesperson I have ever had the privilege of working with. She was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and very patient with an anxious customer (a quality that I don't see very often in car salespeople). What separated South Tacoma Honda from the rest of the car shopping world was that the friendliness didn't stop once the car was picked and it was time to talk about numbers. They were more than happy to explain their numbers, and I got a good deal on my trade in vehicle. I would highly advise going to South Tacoma Honda, and seeking out Yvette if you want the smoothest car buying experience you can have. More
Thank You Charles Han!!! Charles Han was so great! My fiancee and I drove up to South Tacoma Honda to look at a Certified 2012 Honda Pilot with 16k miles. It was already poste Charles Han was so great! My fiancee and I drove up to South Tacoma Honda to look at a Certified 2012 Honda Pilot with 16k miles. It was already posted to sale. So when Charles Han walked up to us, I cringed. I just don't like being sold too. From the first handshake to the final, Charles never "Sold" me. He listened to our needs and concerns and helped address them in a friendly and professional manner. He was concerned too, and wanted to make sure this was the correct vehicle and the right color for us. I think he went through the Pilot better than I did. haha. Charles let us test drive the Pilot twice and his follow up was never pushy, but just letting me know that he was there for us. When we sat down, he was able to get us a better price, $2500 less than anything else comparable. Charles noticed that the Pilot had a few missed spots, so told us to get it really dirty and that they would do a free car wash and wax. We were all (Charles included) so excited and I would definitely recommend South Tacoma Honda, and Charles Han. Sara in financing was even great to work with. She made the legal part of it fun. Who knew a finance person with a good personality! More

We wanted a car with a blind spot monitor and a back up camera and the civic we bought came with those things! He explained everything about the purchase price in detail and was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. After driving the Honda for a few days now we are EXTREMELY satisfied with this car and find it fun to drive. We are also excited about the fuel economy of the Civic. We would definitely work with Bill again. In fact we are thinking of replacing our other car in a few years and will certainly go back and ask for Bill when that time comes. He made the car buying experience a pleasure. More
