very fast, and not to bad somewhat slow on the intake, not the norm. But really did not talk about the recall to make me feel any better. The girl in the snack area talking to other people that call in... HELLO we can hear the conversation and sounds like deflection off the dealership and didn't seem to professional. More

It was not until I realized that I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE about the date of service...one day early I was!!! Any way, Mr Brown was the bomb! Thanks to him and others throughout the dealership, I will be coming back a happy content Honda person, as I have since 1999. More

Excellent Service Rich Roncevich was our Service Advisor. What I thought were issues turned out to be issues because of my lack of knowledge.
