20k mile service, needed navigation system repaired. Repairs on navigation to take 1 day, with 30 vehicle in line ahead of me. All the staff we met in the Service Dept.,Parts Dept, and Bodyshop were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our two vehicles. Took my truck in for an oil change. Asked them to tell me why my touch screen wasn’t working. They told me it was $1,260 to repair it which I declined. They charged me $99.95 for the diagnosis. I have no problem with paying it IF I was told upfront it was going to cost that. I probably would have said not to worry about it as it wasn’t a shot issue. For them to throw that fee at me without telling me upfront is dishonest and unethical. I will NOT step foot back in that place and I’ll make sure nobody I knows does if they have a choice. Ridiculous. More

Was ripped off on service of brakes! Was told over phone back rotars needed replaced, after having old rotars inspected, they didn’t need replaced! Just the pads. Service department took advantage of me dropping truck off and not staying to see or inspect the rotars. I took their word!!! Service tech said it was recommended based off mileage which was a total scam!!! I will never use this dealership again for anything!!! I was taken advantage during COVID!!! Consumer be ware! you need to stay on location to ensure parts are truly needed! Don’t assume they will do the right thing!!! More
