The service department is excellent. I brought my work truck in a little before 5p because it had a power loss. A service adviser immediately greeted me and got a diesel mechanic out to I brought my work truck in a little before 5p because it had a power loss. I was in and out of the service department in under an hour and did not have to miss any work. I am extremely thankful that Southwest Ford recognizes the importance of keeping small businessmen on the road and not making them wait for repairs.
