I was notified of a clerical recall on my truck. With trust broken by the dealer where I made the purchase, I decided to give Southwest Nissan a try. I met with Thomas Miller who, after hearing my concerns, took me streight to Sabrina. She patiently listened to my concerns, investigated the recall, and called me promptly, as agreed, with the solution. She never once said anything bad about the other dealer. Her concern was to win my trust in Southwest Nissan. After a 27 year career in customer service, I am well aware that the people in front of the customer are important.
