Because of Sabrina at Southwest Nissan, I am convinced I made the right decision in moving away from Ford. The only bad decision was not making my purchase from Southwest Nissan. I purchased my Pro 4X from a dealer who, in my opinion, has proven to lack the integrity that I assumed they had. Promises were broken and phone calls not returned. I was notified of a clerical recall on my truck. With trust broken by the dealer where I made the purchase, I decided to give Southwest Nissan a try. I met with Thomas Miller who, after hearing my concerns, took me streight to Sabrina. She patiently listened to my concerns, investigated the recall, and called me promptly, as agreed, with the solution. She never once said anything bad about the other dealer. Her concern was to win my trust in Southwest Nissan. After a 27 year career in customer service, I am well aware that the people in front of the customer are important. But the unsung heroes, the ones in the back office, are the ones that make the engine run. Thanks to Sabrina, I have complete trust in Southwest Nissan. Southwest Nissan went above and beyond to get us our dream truck. We live it in California and they are in Texas. We got the deal done long distance. They held the truck until we could pick it up. The whole team was so kind, courteous and patient. The communication was outstanding, they checked in with us periodically and made sure to have the truck shiney and clean when we arrived. If we ever need another vehicle, we will check there first. It's worth the drive, knowing we're working with honest, trustworthy people. The truck we got is better than we expected. People literally stop and talk to us about it. It's a head turner, mechanically sound and well taken care of. We drove it up to Missouri, then back to California, it ran like a dream. We put about 2600 miles on it right off the bat. It was very reasonably priced too, we couldn't find a truck that nice for that amazing of a price where we live. Overall we could not be happier!
