I was totally disappointed in my experience. There is absolutely no reason to have my car from 7:05 am to 4pm for brakes. Then for the service manager Tiffany to tell me that just because you br There is absolutely no reason to have my car from 7:05 am to 4pm for brakes. Then for the service manager Tiffany to tell me that just because you bring your car at 7 doesn't mean they will get to it at 7 means that your service center is behind and double booking appointments. If cars are left over from the day before a census and realistic expectations need to be communicated with customers. There's no need for appointments at all if you're still going to work as you please. And customers leaving their vehicles should not be skipped over to do customers that are physically waiting. More
