I have been trying to get a scratched rim repaired since June 16th, first I was given to number to wheel works to contact them myself to set up the repair. After a couple a weeks of trying and no success I June 16th, first I was given to number to wheel works to contact them myself to set up the repair. After a couple a weeks of trying and no success I contacted Honda who said they would get it set up never heard back from Honda. After speaking to Talin the manager he handled it and made an appt for 130pm on 7/8. When I arrived I was told the guy that fixes the rim went home for the day. Talin contacted the guy he came back. I waited for 3 hrs in the lobby for this to only find out a gloss coat was put on the rims that were actually Matte finish. I brought it back to Steve the next day he said he would contact them and get it fixed a week later I have not heard from anyone. I drive to Honda today 7/15 at 9am they took my car to fix the room. It is going on 2pm and I still don't have my car. This 3rd party issue makes Honda look bad and makes me NEVER want to continue purchasing from Honda. I have been inconvenienced on so many levels. All for one rim, the previous company you all used was great this has been a nightmare! Update: I did receive my car by 3pm, thank you to Kelli and Mr. Charles for helping to make things right. More

Text messages for service recommendations needed did not come till time to checkout. Service advisor never did check with me to see if I wanted additional services even when checking out, Which I was very s come till time to checkout. Service advisor never did check with me to see if I wanted additional services even when checking out, Which I was very surprised compared to other dealership service departments. Only when I asked about the additional service recommendations did the advisor even mentioned them. Most likely since I was already there I would have probably went ahead with getting some of the service recommendations done. I truly felt like it was all about let's get this vehicle done and get this vehicle out of here. When I left I was seriously considering should I continue coming there or go elsewhere for my vehicle to be serviced. I was hoping I would receive an email or message to express my concerns. However, I do like the dealership service dept. setup for their clients and especially the convenience of it being closer to my home. More

I drove an hour and a half to buy my new Honda, and I would do it again without hesitation. After owning four Toyota vehicles in a row, I made the switch to Honda, and this dealership made the decision incredibly easy. From the moment I walked in, I felt less like a customer and more like family. The buying process was honest, smooth, and completely pressure-free. Even better, when I came back on Monday with additional questions and needed help setting up a few features, everyone welcomed me back and took the time to make sure I understood everything. That level of customer service doesn’t end when you drive off the lot, and it says a lot about the people here. The dealership itself is outstanding. If you work remotely or need a place to wait during service, they have fast Wi-Fi, multiple comfortable seating areas, flexible workspaces, and complimentary espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks.
