They shouldn't let customers make appointments online. At least that's sort of the excuse for delaying the start of my maintenance. They were horrible with me about communication. After on hold for about 30 minutes, the weekend person told me she would call me back. I'm still waiting on her call. With a Monday appointment, I was told it would be ready on that Saturday. It wasn't. The only reason I would go back to this dealership is because I still don't think the problem is fixed. They charged me over $1300 for something which they blamed me. I think it's a Honda issue, but it's easy to point a finger at the customer. More
