I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years with Southbank. the services department has always been exemplary until recently, when a new advisor took over the position of commercial service advisor Southbank. the services department has always been exemplary until recently, when a new advisor took over the position of commercial service advisor (RJ Brand). This guy really has an attitude problem. The 1st time I dealt with him I couldn't get a response on when my truck would be going in, when will it be ready and all answers I got was with some attitude. 2nd time I brought my van in for some work that required immediate attention the answer I got is "Well, I not sure I can get anyone to even look at it until at least noon". Even though I had scheduled this appointment several days ago and promised that it would be taken care of the 1st in at 7:30am I had to go to another service advisor to get the work done. In my line of work, customer service is #1 I have been in the service industry for over 40 years now and if I were to talk to customers the way he talks, I would be out of a job fast as this is our principle way of handling the customers, with care, understanding, patience and respect. One thing that I can guaranteed is, if for one reason or another I have no choice but to have to deal with him only, I will take my business elsewhere for any service as "attitude" is not in my vocabulary. I would though like to extend my gratefulness to Tyler, Dan, Madelaine and everyone else in you shop. They are great to deal with. I hope that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible as I will have more work that will require attention soon and not swept under the carpet as many other places do. p.s. After having Tyler as my technician at Southbank, I will never go back. Tyler asked me to update my personal information on file before starting to work on my Jeep. After completing the work and updating my never go back. Tyler asked me to update my personal information on file before starting to work on my Jeep. After completing the work and updating my personal info, Tyler took it upon himself to add me to social media at 1am that night. This means that Tyler now also had my home address, and personal phone number if he wishes to access this information.
