Richard greeted us and had the keys and got vehicles open within minutes he knew the product and explained the differences between the CRVs and after we got back from 2 test rides it took about 15-20 minutes within minutes he knew the product and explained the differences between the CRVs and after we got back from 2 test rides it took about 15-20 minutes in the Showroom and we had a deal done moved to F&I and Brian was very professional and got us in and out without any pressure I think the whole time we spent a SEH was 90 minutes total I had been at 2 other dealers that day and got jacked around by both…I should’ve gone to SEH first…John M the Gen Mgr runs a nice easy operation.
