We had a great experience with Lucy when we bought our Honda Accord. She was very kind, informative and knowledgeable. Not to mention we walked in at closing time (unbeknownst to us) and we were greeted with a smile and eagerness to help us. It wasn’t until we were back from the test drive and doing the paperwork that we asked what time they closed and she told us 8pm. At this time it was already after 9pm. We told her that we would come back the next day and finish it and she insisted it was fine. We felt so bad keeping her(and everyone) late, but she kept reassuring us that it was totally fine and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed. This is our fifth car we’ve bought from Space Coast Honda and I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure to work with them every time. Thank you!!
