Great customer service. Bob was very attentive in keeping me up to date on the status of my car delivery. Definitely needs improvement with not lying and not being so rude to customers just because your a manager. I believe that people think just because your a manager you can talk to people however you want but so rude to customers just because your a manager. They also lied to me throughout my whole month having to deal with them besides when my car actually finally came. I was told my car would be there April 6-11th never came between those dates never had an answer from any managers everyone was acting like they didn’t know what was going on. Couple weeks later they tell me my car will be there May 6-10th didn’t show up between those dates either… my car FINALLY shows up May 12th. I was without a car for a month and a few days because I was under the impression my car would be there in April but it wasn’t. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do and I just had to wait it out. Howard the finance manager was very nice and understanding. Ty was a great salesman and was helping out the best he could. Salesman have to get answers from managers and they weren’t giving him the right answers so not much he could do. I’m not sure of the managers name that was completely rude but I’m pretty sure it was John Molloy (I don’t know if that’s the correct spelling) but he’s the GM there and was very rude to my mom and commented on completely irrelevant things that had nothing to do with my car like how other dealerships aren’t doing good (talking about my boyfriends dealership that he works for), not very professional. Primarily what I didn’t like was the deception with the price showing for the car online and the actual price for the car offered at the dealership.
