Excellent customer service, and awesome deals, traded 2019 Honda Pilot for 2022 Pilot. Trade in allowance was extremely fair and much more than expected. I talked to GM John Malloy prior to going to deal 2019 Honda Pilot for 2022 Pilot. Trade in allowance was extremely fair and much more than expected. I talked to GM John Malloy prior to going to dealership and he offered me a great deal over the phone and not only stood by that deal, but made it even better when I got to dealership. Our salesperson was Enzo Golston and his expertise, knowledge, and friendly “no pressure” attitude was key in our decision to buy a new Pilot. Last, but not least was the financial officer, Brian Swaney, again presented us with a multitude of financing and service contract options, but let us decide what was best for us, with no pressure from him to “upscale” anything. Overall one of the best car buying experiences we have had and I highly recommend Southeastern Honda for your new car needs. More
