The Vehicle we purchased had scrapes on one of the hubcaps. We signed a We Owe To contract with the Manager, with promises to replace the hubcap or to repair the damage to the hub cab. We called the d hubcaps. We signed a We Owe To contract with the Manager, with promises to replace the hubcap or to repair the damage to the hub cab. We called the dealership over 3 times for the repair. Each time they promised us that somebody would call back, which occurred only once, and even then that promise to call back with an appointment never happened. This went on for two months until the We Owe To contract date expired! This was highly disappointing. Will not be a repeat customer. More
Be careful when closing your deal in the financing department...don't just sign, READ before you sign. After I was informed that my credit is "tier 1", and the honda website advertised 2.9% on new mod department...don't just sign, READ before you sign. After I was informed that my credit is "tier 1", and the honda website advertised 2.9% on new models, the finance staff had my loan written up at 3.65%, even though i was purchasing a brand new 2021 Accord Hybrid Touring. Glad I caught it and asked him to change to reflect rates advertised on the website, because I had tier 1 credit, which he did. Also, was informed that my loan was being finances through Capital One, however, a few days later I got mail from Community Credit Union. My loan was reassigned without any contact from the dealership, I had to make calls to verify on my own. Sales guy Don, was cool to work with, But didn't have enough time to discuss car features... late in the day. I'm still going along and having fun figuring what does what on a daily. More
