Mike Burris was awesome during the purchase (lease) process, but after the sale I had to chase down a $10,500 check Honda owed me for my trade in. I realize that this was not Mike's fault, but someone process, but after the sale I had to chase down a $10,500 check Honda owed me for my trade in. I realize that this was not Mike's fault, but someone at Southeastern Honda should take responsibility for this. I knew it would take a few days, but never expected more than a week. It has actually taken 3 weeks and I still don't have the check in my hand. $10,500 is a bunch of money to me and I really feel like once Honda got my money, they did not care when or even if I got mine. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More
