This dealer does not even offer 1 free oil change or the weather mats instead they want to trick you to buy all this stuff when other dealers these items are standard and even will give you more. Mike Burris was awesome during the purchase (lease) process, but after the sale I had to chase down a $10,500 check Honda owed me for my trade in. I realize that this was not Mike's fault, but someone process, but after the sale I had to chase down a $10,500 check Honda owed me for my trade in. I realize that this was not Mike's fault, but someone at Southeastern Honda should take responsibility for this. I knew it would take a few days, but never expected more than a week. It has actually taken 3 weeks and I still don't have the check in my hand. $10,500 is a bunch of money to me and I really feel like once Honda got my money, they did not care when or even if I got mine. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More
